His personal trainer, Simon Waterson has added to the workout yoga and Pilates on top of the normal resistance training. In case you’re not familiar with Simon Waterson, he has been a personal trainer to the stars for a while now. Well-known A-list Hollywood celebrities, such as Pierce Brosnan, Halley Barry, Denise Richards and many others. He is also well-known author having three books to his credit.
The Daniel Craig workout consists of training 5 days per week.
The program that Daniel Craig followed isn’t for everyone. It requires discipline, commitment and needs to be modified if you are just a beginner. The training program consist mostly of large compound exercises that will increase your heart rate and at the same time increase your lean muscle mass.
It is set up as a six week phase at the end of which you take one week as a recovery phase just doing cardio and no resistance training.
