Jennifer Aniston Diet

Jennifer Aniston’s diet is always talked about because she looks so good at 41 years of age. She seems to keep finding innovative ways to keep herself looking ten years younger. OK magazine reported that Jennifer is 5’6” and about 118lbs.

Jen’s exercise plan is mostly daily running and Yoga three days per week. She has her meals planned by her personal chefs Jewels and Jill Elmore. Jewels and Jill have a book out called The Family Chef and have an A list of celebrities they cook for like John Travolta and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Jennifer Aniston Diet:

When talking about her diet Jen said “ I used to think that anything packed as low fat was good for me”. But she recently changed how she views her diet due to the advice of her personal chefs. Jennifer said “It’s taken me time to learn that the key to having a great physique isn’t to deprive yourself of food, but to educate oneself about the many foods our bodies crave and need as nourishment”.

Jen’s diet is about 1,200 calories per day. The diet consists of whole natural foods like fish (salmon), quinoa, and Greek yogurt.

What Jen eats on a typical day (reported by OK magazine):

Breakfast: about 193 calories

• Eggs with Feta Cheese and Parsley

• Whole Wheat Pita

Lunch: about 248 calories

• Arugula, shaved artichoke and toasted hazelnut salad

Dinner: about 625 calories

• Grilled halibut

• Red quinoa and grilled yams

Snack: about 135 calories

• Roasted mixed nuts with firikake dressing
