How Jeff Fitzpatrick Dropped 40lbs of Pure Fat on Greek God

In one year, Jeff Fitzpatrick dropped 40 lbs of pure fat, while packing on some solid muscle on the Greek God Program!

Starting his journey at 240lbs, Jeff is now standing in at 200 lbs and looking absolutely incredible!

The game changer for him with the Kino Lifestyle was having the freedom to eat a diet he can love and enjoy, while still making significant progress each and every week.

Before jumping into Jeff’s personal experience on the Greek God program and seeing what he has to say, I wanted to first share some tips on having a successful fat loss journey.

You see, the most important step to dropping fat is getting yourself LOCKED IN. Meaning, being very deliberate in the beginning, tracking everything you’re eating, and keeping your diet simple which cancels out room for error.

While of course, making sure you’re in the optimal caloric deficit, something which can take a few days to adapt to.

Most people are eating way more than they think; you’d be surprised how much small snacking can add up to the tune of 400-600+ extra calories each day – easily bringing fat loss to a halt.

If you can’t lose weight, it’s not because of a “slow” or “compromised” metabolism; your metabolism is more fixed than you might realize… This is based largely on lean body mass and activity levels.

Interestingly enough, most of the calories you burn each day are from your resting metabolic rate; around 70% of your total calories burned is because of your RMR. That’s how many calories you’d burn if you were just lying in bed all day long… The other 30% comes from exercise and basic daily movements.

Often people are failing in consistently dropping fat because they try to be too strict and stay in too big of a calorie deficit. Or maybe they’re following some ridiculous fat loss protocol which stresses on the wrong variables for fat loss, that overcomplicate the process.

Going too extreme causes people to burn out and binge. The binging undoes the calorie deficit, and in many cases this puts you into a weekly surplus.

My recommendation is to coax yourself into a lean state, eating around a 400 calorie daily deficit. This will better serve you for pure fat loss and muscle retention.

Now that we’ve covered some of the basics from my programs and how they actually work, let’s dive back into what Jeff Fitzpatrick said about his 40lbs fat loss journey:

“I joined the program because I was watching your videos and you were different from other guys trying to sell programs. You sell a lifestyle which is unlike everyone else.

My biggest struggle was definitely my weight, it killed my confidence and I’d never wanna be shirtless at the beach, I just felt like a slug all the time.

The greatest change in my life was the confidence boost from being ripped like I just felt a feeling I never felt before. I experienced so much more energy within my daily life.

My life has changed so much, helping me be a better athlete, giving me a ton of confidence and before when I ws overweight, girls wouldn’t even look at me but now being shredded I get the attention of so many!”

I’m beyond proud of Jeff’s transformation, and it’s safe to say this guy is READY for the summer of 2021 – looking absolutely beach ripped and ready to peel off his shirt and show the world just how jacked he is!
