This is a numbers game.
Consuming the right number of calories, proteins, fats and carbs is key! When you hit your numbers, your body transforms… When you don’t, you’ll be spinning your wheels for months.
I see this all the time, people sabotaging their fitness results, because they don’t make it easy for themselves to consistently hit their proper calories & protein each day.
Here’s what that can look like:
– You eat too many calories and workout like an absolute beast, but you will never achieve a chiseled physique.
– You eat too little, and then sacrifice precious muscle tissue causing you to become “skinny fat”
Now, maybe you’re thinking you can force yourself into eating and training for consistency… But let’s cut the crap! Trying to use will power feels impossible, you’d almost be better off not trying at all…

When my team and I are working with our coaching clients, one of the first things we correct for our clients is what and how they’re eating. It’s not uncommon to have a client enter the fold thinking they’re hitting their numbers, but they’re actually overeating to the tune of 300-400 calories per day!
