A very simple chocolate cake to satisfy those chocolate cravings while getting in 50g of protein at the same time!

I have definitely cracked the code here with this delicious creation! With the use of KINO COLLAGEN as the main protein source, you are getting everything you need in one giant bowl.

 

If you are worried about getting enough protein, or you’re an athlete trying to build muscle, or maybe you’re someone like me who loves quick and easy high protein recipes; then this delicious chocolate protein cake is the perfect easy-to-make treat which delivers all of that and more!

I’ve been using Kino collagen for over 8 months now, and it’s been great! My Favorite Toppings:

This KINO collagen mug cake is perfect as is, but here are a few topping I love too add on top to make it even more delicious.

– Fresh fruit
– Greek yogurt
– Chocolate chips
– Whip cream
– Low calorie syrups
– Ice cream
– Nut butters or powdered nut butters

Recipe Modification:

Now I love a strong dark chocolate taste to my desserts with a nice balance of sweetness, but If you find this recipe is too bitter! then you will want to make one slight adjustment. Instead of using 14g coconut flour and 30g cocoa powder, switch it around. Instead, Use 30g coconut flour and 14g cocoa powder.

Other Modifications...

       Use mocha or blueberry muffin for this recipe, you can also use a regular protein if you don’t have kino collagen yet.

       Swap the 2 eggs for egg whites only

       Swap coconut flour for any flour

       Swap the water for unsweetened cashew milk or almond milk

       Add sweetener of choice or honey to make it sweeter

       Add peanut butter to make it more even more epic

 

Remember to adjust calories and macros if you are modifying the original recipe.

Simple Full Day of Eating Plan:

Another great thing about this recipe is that it fit’s perfect in your diet. If you are trying to lose body fat or build lean muscle you will find it much easier including this chocolate cake in your daily plan. Including collagen in your first meal of the day really helps keeping you full longer, which will definitely help you out on your cut. 

       Fast 4 – 5 hours after waking (water, coffee, kino Aminos or octane)

 

       Meal 1: collagen mug cake, 1 banana, zero calorie chocolate syrup (500 calories)

 

       Meal 2: 10oz NY striploin steak, 450g russet potatoes, veggies, 2 tsp olive oil (1200 calories)

 

       Meal 3: chocolate bar (560 calories)

 

 

This recipe has: 2031 calories
Macros:
178g carbs / 86g fat / 151g protein
